   We operate multiple overseas fulfillment warehouses globally. Your order will be automatically allocated and dispatched from the warehouse closest to your shipping address to cut down delivery waiting time.

   We offer worldwide tracked shipping to nearly all countries and territories globally.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

    

   We support all mainstream international credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and more secure checkout gateways.
5. Are there hidden taxes or extra checkout fees?

    

   No hidden charges. The final price displayed at checkout covers jersey cost and shipping fee only. We do not collect local sales tax or customs duties during purchase; customs fees are charged separately by local border authorities upon parcel arrival.

9. How long is delivery to Europe?

    

   Orders shipped to European addresses take approximately 7–12 working days via our EU warehouse logistics network.
10. How long for worldwide international delivery?

     

    Global delivery windows vary by destination, normally ranging 7–22 working days. Remote regions without local warehouse coverage require 12–22 working days for delivery.
11. Do you ship directly within the EU?

     

    Yes, all EU customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from our local European warehouses for faster transit.

Returns & Refunds

12. What is your return window?

     

    We provide a 30-day return window calculated from your order dispatch date. Returned NFL jerseys must remain unworn, unwashed with all original brand and size tags fully attached, inside original packaging.
13. How do I submit a return request?

     

    Send a formal return application email to our customer support team: jerseyhelp@hotmail.com, to obtain official return authorization and step-by-step shipping instructions before sending back items.
14. How fast are refunds processed after receiving returned goods?

     

    Once our warehouse inspects and accepts your returned jersey, full or partial refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days.
15. How will my refund be transferred back to me?

     

    All refunds are automatically credited to the original payment card/account you used to complete checkout.
16. What if I receive defective, damaged or wrong NFL jerseys?

     

    Contact us via jerseyhelp@hotmail.com within 48 hours after delivery, attaching clear photos of the damaged fabric, stitching error or incorrect item. We will arrange a free replacement jersey or full total refund, covering all return shipping expenses on our side.

17. Can I customize my NFL jersey with names and numbers?

     

    Absolutely. We offer full custom embroidery service for all NFL team uniforms, including custom player names, jersey numbers, throwback patches and team logos.
18. How to place a custom personalized jersey order?

     

    All customization options are listed directly on each product detail page. Simply fill in your preferred custom name, number and patch choices before adding the jersey to cart and completing checkout.
19. How much extra processing time does customization add?

     

    Standard custom embroidery extends order processing time by 2–3 working days. During NFL peak seasons (playoffs, Super Bowl), custom orders may take up to 5 extra working days to finish production.
20. Can I return a personalized custom NFL jersey?

     

    Custom jerseys with self-input custom names/numbers are final sale and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, unless the jersey arrives defective or we embroidered incorrect details due to our production error (refer to Q16 for defective item policy). Pre-made standard player jerseys may qualify for return upon management approval only.

21. What fabric are your NFL jerseys made from?

    We stock a complete size range including Men’s, Women’s and Youth kids sizes from XS up to 5XL.
23. Do you offer women’s tailored NFL jerseys?

     

    Yes, tailored women’s slim-fit cuts are available for all 32 NFL teams on matching product pages.
24. How do I pick the correct jersey size?

     

    A detailed measurement size chart with chest, length and shoulder data is posted on every single product page. We recommend measuring your own clothes and cross-referencing the chart before ordering.

General Order Issues

28. What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?

     

    All orders use fully trackable logistics. Share your order number with our support team, and we will coordinate with the courier to trace your parcel and provide solutions.
29. When will my NFL jersey order start processing?

     

    Standard ready-stock orders enter inspection and shipping processing immediately after payment confirmation. Custom embroidered jerseys move to production right after successful payment verification.
30. Can I edit or cancel my placed order?

     

    Email jerseyhelp@hotmail.com immediately if you need to modify address, size or fully cancel your order. We can only adjust or cancel orders that have not entered warehouse processing or custom embroidery production stages.
